Customs, Duties & Taxes: 

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees set by the destination country.

These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered in our shipping charges. We cannot predict these fees, so please check with your local customs office for details.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, so if a shipment is refused due to import fees, the original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, method, and package size.

Orders are typically delivered within 5 - 6 working days, subject to customs clearance at both the origin and destination. 
Kindly consider an additional 3 – 4 days for potential customs or clearance delays.

How soon will I get the refund?

Refunds will take 8-10 days to reflect in your account once approved.

Refunds are not provided for the customs, duties and taxes paid by the customer.

Refunds will include the price of the product plus the cost of shipping
