What is THE MIC TAPE STRAP made from?This strap
Premium FKM rubber, the fluoroelastomer used across the luxury watch world. Waterproof, sweat-proof, heat and UV stable, and gentle on skin. It doesn’t attract dust or lint like silicone does.
The exact upper, lining and hardware are listed under Specifications.
How do I choose the right lug width?
Choose the size that matches your watch’s lug width: the gap between the two lugs where the strap attaches, in millimetres.
THE MIC TAPE STRAP comes in: 18mm, 20mm, 22mm.
- Measure between the lugs with a ruler or caliper.
- Or look up your watch model’s lug width online.
- Or use the lug width guide in the size options above.
Most watches are 18–22mm. If yours measures between two sizes, re-measure; the strap must match exactly.
Will it fit my watch?
Yes, if your watch has straight lugs and standard spring bars: dress, field, pilot, dive, chronograph, vintage and most smartwatches (Samsung, Garmin, Amazfit and others).
Not for watches with integrated bracelets or proprietary connectors.
Choose the length option that matches your wrist size.
How do I care for this strap?This strap
- Remove the strap from the watch first.
- Wash under running water with a little mild soap, using your fingers or a soft cloth.
- No hard-bristle brushes; they can scratch the surface.
- Rinse off sunscreen, salt water and pool water after a swim.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every HEllO strap carries a 6-month to 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. If something doesn’t feel right, write to ecom@helloedc.com with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll make it right.

Do I need tools to fit it?
No. Quick-release spring bars come pre-installed: slide the little lever, click it into the lugs, done.
If your current strap uses traditional spring bars, you may need a strap tool, or a quick visit to a watch shop, to take it off once.
