What is GRACE in Croc99 made from?This strap
Real leather: single-skin, full-grain or top-grain Italian, French or top-quality Indian leather, hand-finished. Never the bonded scraps often sold as “genuine leather”. It softens and develops a patina that’s yours.

How do I choose the right lug width?
Choose the size that matches your watch’s lug width: the gap between the two lugs where the strap attaches, in millimetres.
GRACE in Croc99 comes in: 18mm (tapers to 16mm at the buckle), 19mm (tapers to 16mm at the buckle), 20mm (tapers to 16mm at the buckle), 22mm (tapers to 18mm at the buckle), 16mm (tapers to 14mm at the buckle), 23mm (tapers to 20mm at the buckle).
- Measure between the lugs with a ruler or caliper.
- Or look up your watch model’s lug width online.
- Or use the lug width guide in the size options above.
Most watches are 18–22mm. If yours measures between two sizes, re-measure; the strap must match exactly.
Will it fit my watch?
Yes, if your watch has straight lugs and standard spring bars: dress, field, pilot, dive, chronograph, vintage and most smartwatches (Samsung, Garmin, Amazfit and others).
Not for watches with integrated bracelets or proprietary connectors.
Most of our straps fit wrists from about 6 to 8 inches; exact lengths are under Specifications.
How do I care for this strap?This strap
- Everyday: wipe with a soft, dry cloth after a sweaty or wet day.
- If it gets wet: blot it and let it dry naturally, away from heaters and direct sun.
- Every month or two: a thin coat of colourless leather conditioner.
- Rotate straps so each one rests; apply perfume before your watch, not after.
Keep alcohol and household cleaners away from smooth leather. Test any product on a small hidden spot first.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every HEllO strap carries a 6-month to 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. If something doesn’t feel right, write to ecom@helloedc.com with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll make it right.
